Having someone on the inside to assist you with project implementation in Indonesia and navigating the plan review process is highly beneficial.

Abisnis will be responsible for the following tasks: 

  • Attending internal and external project meetings and conference calls as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, agenda visits, taking minutes, and distribution and follow-up on action points as needed.
  • To assist the Project Manager in producing and maintaining project documentation. This is to ensure that project objectives are met and that all processes and procedures are in place.
  • Assist in administering client contract processes such as Revisions, Requests, Instructions, Change Orders, and Non-Conformance Reports.
  • To help ensure that project delivery and documentation are complete, accurate, and filed on time.
  • To assist operational teams during project go-live periods and to provide additional hands-on resources as needed.
  • To help with the creation of client presentations and other project training materials.
  • To assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, typing, filing, printing, and binding.
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc reports as needed, ensuring consistency of format and accuracy of data.
  • Coordination of the issue and collection of satisfaction surveys.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
